Irish Fare served by Maine Restaurant Week restaurants

Included below is a list of St. Patrick's Day 2012 details from Maine Restaurant Week participating restaurants. Remember to call ahead if you're dining because menus and plans do change.

Academe at Kennebunk Inn will serve corn beef & cabbage at lunch. Academe Bartender Patrick Mahoney is "straight off the boat Irish" which makes St. Patrick's Day that much more fun!

bonobo's Gruyere & potato pizza will make any Irish potato lover happy and Morrocon lamb pizza is a favorite of the leprechauns.

Bull Feeney's will serve an Irish menu and events starting at 6 AM.

Darby's will serve corned beef and cabbage, Irish lamb stew, Irish soda bread, bangers and mash, beef and Guinness pot pie and Shepard's pie.

DiSanto's will serve Shepherd's Pie.

Eve's at the Garden will be pouring Guinness in the Garden starting at 2pm.

Federal Jack's is featuring Celtic Red Ale braised corned beef served with cabbage, carrots, parsnips, pearl onions, turnips, red bliss potatoes and celery in a savory beef broth, smothered with a horseradish cream sauce for $13.99 Paired with Celtic Red Ale.

Francine is doing a special appetizer of beef, Guinness and stilton pie with brandied prunes. Special dessert is a chocolate and guinness ice cream float with malted crumble.

Great Lost Bear will serve Corned Beef & Cabbage on Saturday plus Guinness and local Maine stouts: Sebago Brewing, Geary's, Gritty's, Maine Beer Company, Allagash.

Gritty's will serve an Irish menu and events at each location (schedule and meuns)

Hot Suppah! is running St Patrick's Day specials including: Dubliner cheese omellette, braised apples and bacon, corned beef Sheperd's pie. For St Patty's Day brunch we will be running Bangers and eggs.

Le Garage will serve a special Irish Menu which we will be serving on Saturday for lunch and dinner.

Pepperclub and Good Egg Cafe on Saturday night will serve an all natural Corned beef dinner with local Maine Potato, carrots and Cabbage. Also, in addition to our Marietta's oatmeal bread, we will feature Irish soda bread at all tables!

Ri Ra will open at 6am and serve Irish Breakfast until 11am, where we roll out our traditional fare menu with Shepherds Pie, Cottage Pie, Corned Beef & Cabbage, Beef & Guinness Stew, Lamb Stew, Bangers & Mash and more!

Royal River Grillhouse is running a traditional corn beef all day saturday and some irish drink specials.

Run of the Mill will have Corned Beef and Cabbage as well as homemade Irish soda bread and housemade beer mustard. Also $2 Stouts and Green Beer.

Sea Glass at Inn by the Sea brunch Saturday and Sunday will include Corned Beef Hash and Reubens.

Sheperd's Pie is doing a porter braised organic shortribs with pickled mushrooms.

Shipyard Brew Pub Eliot will be offering a Traditional NE boiled dinner with Irish Soda Bread, Bangers and Mash, Irish nachos (potato skins), Baileys Cheesecake, Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich.

Sea Dog South Portland has a boiled dinner featured on their "Locavore" menu with Sliced corned beef with traditional vegetables, horseradish cream sauce and an Irish soda biscuit.
Sea Dog Topsham is offering a St. Patrick's themed menu for the entire month of March.
Sea Dog Bangor will be offering a St. Patrick's Day menu, pouring green beer, and live entertainment from 6-9.
Tavern at Inn at Brunswick Station will be running traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage boiled dinner for brunch and dinner on Saturday. $14.00 for brunch $18.00 for dinner.
