Munjoy Hill "hidden gem" The Front Room is the first of four, Chef Harding Lee Smith-owned Portland restaurants. Serving up bold flavors with the best of local ingredients prepared the way you wished your mother would have cooked them, The Front Room has been a neighborhood and city- wide favorite since its opening. Nightly specials are scribbled on a chalkboard and the kitchen bulges out of a back corner into the dining room. The Front Room is cozy and convivial. As a first come first served restaurant there is always a place for you!
