Our world-class cuisine infuses New England fare with an international flair, featuring the freshest seafood and local ingredients. Our five-course dinner menus change to reflect the seasons and our cellar list offers a variety of fine wines to complement your dinner selections.

Over the past few years, we have seen a wonderful surge in the availability of local products. Maine, especially the Mid-Coast, has an amazing group of farmers and fishermen offering beautiful organic produce, meats and cheeses, as well as seafood caught in local waters. Every day we use the bounty of their harvest to create the magical dinners you experience here at The Hartstone Inn.

FIRST COURSE

SHRIMP TOAST - cilantro, scallion, sesame seeds. Served with garlic chili & Thai lime dipping sauces

LOBSTER BISQUE – cognac cream, croutons

MIXED GREENS – goat cheese, Asian pears, dried cherries, hazelnuts, white-balsamic vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE

BEEF TENDERLOIN – blue cheese crust, red wine demi-glace, whipped potatoes, grilled vegetables

COD – lemon- parsley compound butter, herbed rice, prosciutto wrapped asparagus

ORCCHIETTE PASTA - grilled chicken, crimini mushrooms, Serrano ham, spinach & a mushroom cream sauce

THIRD COURSE

BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE BROWNIE - cappuccino ice cream, Callebaut dark chocolate sauce, whipped cream

VANILLA PANNA COTTA – blood orange sauce, caramel drizzle, hazelnut-brown sugar tuile

WHITE CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ - macadamia nut crème anglaise
