Celebrating our 10th year, Fuel Restaurant is an approachable French bistro in downtown Lewiston. We specialize in French country fare including French onion soup, steak frites, coq au vin and many others.
Our bar offers the largest spririts collection in central Maine, and our Wine Spectator award winning wine list (8 years running), tops 150 bottles. We also offer wine on tap, ever changing house infusions, and our signature 8 0z martinis.
Fuel is located at 49 Lisbon Street in the historic Lyceum Hall. Built in 1872, our building has been lovingly restored and is singly listed on the National Historic Register.
