Vegan options available to guests apon request. Slight modifications to the beet salad, and there will be a marinated eggplant entree aswell as a dessert option!

FIRST COURSE

Gravlax bruchetta - House cured salmon, blood orange jam, local husk cherries, fennnel creme friache

Meatballs - Local pork and lamb meatballs, roasted red pepper ragu, creamy polenta, Pecorino Romano

Beet salad - Roasted golden and chioggia beets, local chevre, crispy garlic, beet agrodolce

SECOND COURSE

Eggplant parmigiana - Grilled eggplant, parmigiana crisp, arugula, harissa tomato fonduta, pesto

Beef Short Rib - Roasted baby carrots & parsnips, garlic potatoes, horseradish crema, braising jus

Pecorino Encrusted Chicken - lacinato kale, cippolini onions, shitake mushroom agrodolce
