Crab Rangoon dip, Served with fresh made crispy house tortillas.

Beet Salad, Baby spinach, roasted organic beets, goat cheese, pepitas, balsamic vinaigrette.

 

Entree's

Florentine Ravioli, Fresh jumbo spinach & ricotta filled ravioli's, sautéed onions, asparagus tips, creamy romesco sauce, almonds, Feta.

Salmon Power Bowl, Cajun spiced roast salmon, quinoa, fresh vegetable power blend, black beans, corn, poblano crema. 

Gorgonzola Steak Tips, Grilled grass fed tenderloin tips, sauteed onions, roasted tomatoes, spinach, roasted garlic cream sauce, pappardelle, gorgonzola, balsamic reduction.

 

Desserts

Limoncello Mascarpone Cake, layered sponge cake, mascarpone cream, lemon curd.

Flourless Chocolate Torte, (GF) raspberry sauce.
