Maine Restaurant Week 2021, March 1-12

Weekly Flatbread specials, thru 2/26 - 3/4:

Carne: BLT – North Country Smokehouse Nitrate free bacon, fresh Maine tomatoes, Maine arugula, whole milk mozzarella, fresh parmesan and hand cut herb blend, topped with a horseradish crème fraiche.

Veggie: Jimmy the Greek: sliced fresh Maine tomatoes, organic red onion and spinach, kalamata olives, pepperoncinis, feta, whole milk mozzarella, fresh parmesan and organic hand cut herb blend.

Weekly Flatbread specials thru 3/5 - 3/11:

Carne: Sliced prosciutto and blue cheese, with dried cranberries, whole milk mozzarella and fresh parmesan, hand cut herb blend then finished with a homemade balsamic-honey glaze.

Veggie: Sweet potato puree with sliced portobellos, scallions, goat cheese, whole milk mozzarella, fresh parmesan, hand cut herb blend and finished with a homemade balsamic-honey glaze

MRW Special: 

$5 glass of  St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc or Le More Sangiovese (pairs well with flatbread specials)

$15 for special cocktail & dessert

Start with: Maine Blueberry Mule: Made with Tidewalker Bourbon from NE Distilling, homemade Maine blueberry simple syrup, lime juice and Maine Root ginger beer.

End with: Raspberry-cheesecake brownie sundae, warmed in our woodfired oven and topped with house made whipped cream and chocolate sauce, served with chocolate or vanilla ice cream.

Flatbread has been a Portland staple for over 20 years, serving the very best pizza we can imagine in our wood-fired clay ovens right on Portland's working waterfront. Specializing in local, pizza with the most delicious dough and ingredients made by hand. We love food and craft spirits that are good for you, your family and that benefit the community. At the bar, we pour twelve local taps and locally spirited cocktails. We are a part of the fabric of this community, giving back often through our weekly Tuesday benefit nights and other donations.
