Maine Food. Big Flavors. We focus on local ingredients that complement traditional Mediterranean recipes. We pride ourselves on offering the best local fish, produce and meat. Our partnerships with farmers and purveyors allow us to create a menu that features the freshest ingredients available. We also have a full bar with craft cocktails and eclectic wines. For Maine Restaurant Week we are offering tasting menus in our restaurant or for curbside pickup.

Choice of Hommus (Za'atar / Harissa) or Kale Salad (Squash / Feta / Citrus) or Chickpea Fries (Harissa Yogurt)

Choice of Cod (Almond / Brown Butter / Capers) or Duck Leg (Sunchoke / Black Garlic / Cherry Glaze) or Falafel (Zhoug / Amba / Pita Bread)

Known for its eclectic cuisine, Evo Kitchen + Bar's popular chef's counter offers guests an interactive dining experience with a front seat overlooking the kitchen.
