First Course: Salmon Rillette on Crostini

Second Course: Misticanza di Campo (mixed organic farm greens with carrots, radishes and shaved pecorino)

Third Crouse: Mafaldine al Pesto di Noci (Mafaldine with creamy walnut pesto)

Fourth Course: Sabrina di Vitello (braised veal belly with roasted vegetables or potatoes and mostarda)

Dessert Course: Crostata d'Arance (blood orange torta with gelato)
