  • Citrus Salad -Chicories, fennel, blood orange, feta, preserved lemons 

  • Charred Carrots -goat cheese, pickled red onion, rosemary

 

-Dinner-

  • Heritage Chicken Brest - pomme puree, glazed carrots, jus

  • Pan Seared Salmon - jasmine rice, shaved fennel, arugla, lemon 

  • Housemade Fettuccine- preserved lemon, parmesan, white wine, arugula, fine herbs 

  • Braised Beef Short Ribs - carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, demi-glace ($10 upcharge)
