ENTREES: ANGUS STRIP STEAK WITH TUSCAN GORGANZOLA BUTTER - garlic wilted baby spinach, Italian mushroom confit, day potato, beef jus, LOBSTER MANICOTTI - housemade porcini shells baked with a ricotta mascarpone filling, lobster & crimini mushroom sauce, mozzarella & pecorino cheese, ROULADE OF PORK TENDERLOIN - all-natural tenderloin stuffed with spinach, portabellas & pancetta with pamesean risotto & marsala pan sauce, WILD MUSHROOM RAVIOLI - Shallots, baby spinach, red Holland pepper julienne, porcini truffle sage sauce, shaved parmesan, Airmid’s micro greens
