The Honey Paw began as a nondenominational noodle bar but has evolved to focus on South East Asian cuisine. Deploying Maine ingredients in sometimes heretical, sometimes traditional takes on favorite dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, Burma, Singapore, China, and beyond.
