2023 Maine Restaurant Week at Helm!
Helm will be serving two specials, one food and one beverage, during Restaurant Week.
Lobster Raviolo - ricotta, cultured butter - $21
Trident Spritz - Aquavit, Manzanilla Sherry, Cynar, Apricot Bitters - $15
The Lobster Raviolo is a decadent Maine take on the classic Raviolo. Two sheets of pasta are filled with fresh ricotta, Maine lobster, meyer lemon zest and an egg yolk from our friends at Sparrow Farms. It's gently cooked and served with a culutured butter sauce finished with a touch of Sherry.
To accompany the Raviolo, or enjoyed on it's own, The Trident Spritz is a riff on a new classic. A combination of Cynar, Aquavit, and Manzanilla Sherry, then finished with a splash of Apricot Bitters and Soda. It's reminiscnet of a negroni, but the negroni's older cousin who lives on an island off the coast.
