Restaurant Notes:

Regards is a restaurant in the Arts District of Portland, Maine. Regards draws from the diverse food culture of Los Angeles, with techniques from Japan and Mexico using the beautiful products and produce of Maine.

The regular menu highlights ceviches, tamales and tacos along with roasted cabbage with caesar, avocado and salsa macha, mezcal cured hamachi collar and rich crab rice.  Bright and fun wine, and a curated selection of mezcal and tequila pair with the constantly evolving menu.
