River Tap Tips. Tender hand cut beef tips with a choice of starch and the seasonal house vegetable.

Herb Roasted Chicken. ½ Bird with pork belly brussels sprouts, fingerling potatoes and pan gravy

Maple Bourbon & Pecan Salmon. Cutler Cove(ME) salmon over the house seasonal vegetable and roasted fingerling potatoes topped with Maple syrup, Bourbon & pecan sauce

Char Grilled Ribeye. Hand-cut 14oz Angus Ribeye, Seasonal veg, potato fondue cup, garlic herb butter

Crab Encrusted Haddock. Skillet roasted crab encrusted Haddock, herb roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal house vegetables

Fish and Chips. Local wild caught Haddock, House Slaw, Tartar Sauce & Fries

Duck & Sausage Cassoulet. Pan roasted breast of duck over a medley of sausage, pork belly & white beans. Served with toasted baguette.

Chefs Seasonal Pasta. Reflecting the ever-changing weather, crops and festive holidays. Ask your server about this week's offerings

"EAT LOCAL DRINK LOCAL" Fantastic dining with the Chef and his team preparing great weekly specials.  16 tasty beers on tap, a fully stocked bar and a great craft cocktail menu. After dinner try one of our mouth watering desserts that are made fresh in-house.   Located at The Salmon Falls Country Club in Hollis, ME we overlook about a mile of the Saco River. Great views from almost every seat in the house. We accomodate 110 people inside and an additional 60 as weather permits on our expansive deck that overlooks the property.  Casual, fun atmosphere with a seperate lounge/bar area for those who might wish to catch game or two.  Friendly and attentive staff to assure your visit is enjoyable. Come see one of Southern Maine's hidden gem in the restaurant industry.
