Welcome to FISH BONES GRILL. Our three course prix fixe menu for MRW 2023 is as follows:

FIRST COURSE:

AHI TUNA CRISPS ~ Marinated tuna, crispy wontons, honey ginger & cusabi CRISPY BRUSSELS SPOUTS~ truffle aioli and parmesan cheese.

SEAFOOD CHOWDER CUP or CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD

SECOND COURSE:

SEAFOOD CASSEROLE ~ Wild-caught haddock, sea scallops and shrimp baked with a lobster cream sauce & seasoned crumbs. Offered with day vegetables and potato.

GRILLED ATLANTIC SWORDFISH ~ charred tomato basil butter, bucatini pesto, shaved parmesan cheese.

ANGUS BISTRO STEAK*** ~ USDA high choice angus sirloin, caramelized onion & blue cheese pinwheel pastry, roasted garlic butter, demi glace, & day vegetables.

WILD MUSHROOM RAVIOLI ~ with baby spinach, butternut squash, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, sage brown butter, Airmid's micro greens.

THIRD COURSE:

CREAM CHEESE BUTTERCAKE ~ with a raspberry coulis and chantilly cream.

SMORES CHOCOLATE TORTE ~ Flourless chocolate torte with toasted marshmallows, chocolate drizzle and graham dust

Welcome to Fish Bones Grill, a casual upscale restaurant offering creative American cuisine in downtown Lewiston, Maine. Opening in 2005, this modern dining destination is located canal-side in historic Bates Mill on Lincoln Street in the middle of Lewiston’s renaissance. Fish Bones Grill offers a unique atmosphere with its large windows, aged brick, and rough hewn timbers.
