CITRUS & CHILI RUBBED HALIBUT ~ Fresh halibut rubbed with citrus zest & red chili with vanilla burre blanc & mixed berry compote over cardamom rice and green beans,
PAN-SEARED CHICKEN SCALLOPINE ~ with olives, tomato, Capers, lemon & cracked pepper in a red wine butter sauce. Served with roasted sea salt & garlic red potatoes & green beans
WILD MUSHROOM RAVIOLI ~ Pan-seared mushroom ravioli with broccoli, oyster & crimini mushrooms & squash in a white wine butter sauce with a toasted mushroom crumb & crispy basil
THIRD COURSE:
CREAM CHEESE BUTTERCAKE ~ with a raspberry coulis and chantilly cream.
SALTED CARAMEL TORTE ~ Flourless chocolate torte with butter scotch shnapps, salted caramel, chocolate ganache & whipped cream
