Make your own dream chocolate bar Saturday March 2 from Noon - 2 pm with Gwenythe Frechette Natalie’s Restaurant Pastry Chef

To celebrate the new Camden Harbour Inn Candy Lounge, created in partnership with local Camden’s Uncle Willy’s Candy Shoppe, Natalie’s Pastry Chef Gwenythe Frechette will lead you through the process of creating your dream candy bar. Learn about tempering chocolate, different chocolate types, how and when to add ingredients and watch your creation come to life, from flowing chocolate to solid bar. Choose your own ingredients and design a personalized wrapper in this hands-on class.

$185 per person excluding tax. The class is included with a 2-night stay at the Camden Harbour Inn with an arrival date of March 1

Dumpling Cooking Class, Saturday, March 9, Noon - 3 pm with guest chef Alfie Jerome Mossadeg, Chef Palate Sensations Culinary School.

Internationally acclaimed chef Alfie Mossadeg is your guide and teacher for this special hands-on class of Singaporean/Chinese dumpling making. The class also includes a traditional Chinese tea ceremony and a few surprises along the way.

About Alfie Jerome Mossadeg -- Alfie is based in Singapore, where he is an Instructor at the Asian Culinary Institute. He cooks Singaporean family style meals infused with flavors from neighboring Southeast Asian countries like Thailand, Bali/Indonesia and Malaysia.
