Modern Meets the Neighborhood! When we purchased the building in June of 2019, Bethel lost a beloved dive bar, The Funky Red Barn, an apres-ski institution known for its live music and late night dancing. We preserved the barn, but lost the funk. 

Modern Barn welcomes you to enjoy its delicious American fare, in house butchered steaks, freshest fish, friendly service, an unparalleled cozy atmosphere and incomparable wine list receiving a Wine Spectator 2023 and 2021 Restaurant Award of Excellence.
