Welcome to Montsweag Restaurant, where we serve delicious food featuring fresh ingredients and masterful preparation by our culinary team. For this special Restaurant Week, we are planning a special three-course menu inspired by the flavors of Maine, using the abundant variety of seafood and farms around us. Our new executive chef, Fernando Ferreira, has created a menu that showcases his skills and creativity, as well as his passion for local and seasonal produce. Whether you choose the baked haddock, the lobster spanakopita, or the dulce de leche Tiramisu, you will be delighted by the taste and presentation of each dish. Our restaurant is located in Woolwich, ME, just on the Wiscasset line and 6 miles north of the infamous Kennebec River on the coastal corridor of beautiful Mid-coast Maine. This historic property continues to be currently operated as a restaurant offering year round dining by our friendly team of hospitality professionals who are excited to show you how we make the difference. Our guest first attitude has created a happy place for locals and visitors alike to relax and indulge. We make everyone feel right at home in our vintage, old school property that we are continually improving, paying close attention to cleanliness, service, and details. Our ServSafe Certified team of Culinary professionals take great pride in preparing each meal to order from scratch, with fresh quality ingredients. Our full service bar and pub area provides a great place to gather with friends or to make new ones while enjoying our many local microbrew drafts or signature cocktails.
