TIQA is a fresh farm to table restaurant and lounge featuring pan- Mediterranean cuisine and bakery with a rotating and seasonal menu. Featured dishes are inspired from  regions like Southern Europe, the Middle East and Northern Africa. TIQA  features aesthetically pleasing, exotic and healthy dishes crafted by our world class chefs and bakers. Integrated closely with the community, we pride ourselves on supporting local farms, fisheries and other valued partners by incorporating all natural ingredients to bring you agricultural sustainable and nutritious dishes.

TIQA also believes in a creative and evolving beverage program with a focus on value for our customers. Our draught beer list will take advantage of the amazing brewing scene Maine has to offer, while the craft cocktail menu will include a diverse and palate pleasing array of flavors and textures that will remain true to our Pan- Mediterraean cuisine. The carefully selected wine program is a blend of new and old world styles that will pair well with our dishes.
