A tribute to Pan Mediterranean dining, TIQA's authentic menu is inspired by founder and co-owners Carol Mitchell and Deen Haleem’s ancestral roots in the region and features dishes inspired by different regions of the Mediterranean and changes routinely, always focusing on seasonal, quality ingredients. TIQA’s interior is one of Portland’s most expansive and was designed by Christian P. Árkay-Leliever, Circle T Pro. The space boasts six distinct venues: the main dining room, lounge, chef’s bar, cocktail bar, heated outdoor patio, and private dining room. TIQA’s cocktail program features an extensive list of house-made, seasonal cocktails and a wine list that reflects the unique palate, vibrancy and passion of Pan Mediterranean cuisine.
