MaineToday 2018 Maine Restaurant Week Diner's Guide

Brothers Nate, Anthony and Jacob DeLois and Chef Nicholas Verdisco established Bolster, Snow & CO in an 1881 brick Victorian on Portland's West End. The menu is market-driven and features dishes that reflect Chef Verdisco's Italian upbringing, as well as Italian and French classics. Our kitchen and bar team collaborate to design a beverage program consisting of ciders and natural wines, killer cocktals and great beers. Join us for a meal!
