Emilitsa honors the traditions of Greek cuisine while using local, quality ingredients, resulting in flavorful food inspired by all of Greece. Chef and owner Niko Regas leads the kitchen of this family-owned spot; previously he was at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Chamber Kitchen in Minnesota. Emilitsa is celebrating its 10th anniversary and recently introduced a new bar menu, featuring an array of tempting snacks, including a grilled lamb chop with pomegranate au jus and fried chicken wings with a spicy oyster sauce, as well as several newly created cocktails, like "Ariadne's Revenge" with gin, house raspberry syrup, lemon, lime, cream yvette, egg white and rose water spritz, topped with an orchid.
